It was a difficult day yesterday because Max the Shire's gelding procedure led to a lot of blood loss. Thank goodness he got through the night, and the bleeding has stopped. It's not over - the wound still has to heal and remain free from infection, but he's in a good location and we're confident he'll heal well.
