Are we in for a freezing cold night because of our supplier's incompetence?
The SSE Hydro top-up key débâcle continued into the day and, as I post this at 15:41, we're down to just £4 of electricity left on the meter. We have electric heating and it's going to freeze tonight. Not a good situation really. I did eventually get through to the help line and a real person after just short of two hours. Now I'm waiting for them to call me back.
