What if I hadn't had that accident?
I'm back to thinking about what-ifs again after a chat with a workman who'd trained at the same place I did. If I hadn't been knocked off a cliff 36 years ago... but no, I am where I am and who I am. That's all right, intit?
The accident location was Lorton Gully on Grassmoor in the Lake District, 18 July 1989. I was 17. I made a video talking about it in 2019 to mark the 30-year anniversary.
