The last thing I need is another creative project that involves reading multiple books and thousands of pages, yet that's where I find myself this morning as I type these words. Then I had a brainwave towards the end that justified it in a beautifully positive way.

I mentioned my pal Rossco as the other host of this podcast. This was taken at the Grand Canyon in 1993. I’m in the middle. I post this partly for Kathryn Vercillo, as we chatted in a comment thread yesterday about my trip around North America with my pals. Her post about San Francisco was excellent. There’s a link below.
