I’m on the ferry, posting from my phone. Of course my Pelikan would run out of ink as soon as I left home. Lol.

Check out Nick Harper’s new album, 58 Fordwych Road. He gigged it on Arran a couple of years ago and I ran sound for him. It was a pretty grim gig because of coked-up hecklers. I did okay on the desk though. A moment to remember, just one of many where Nick is concerned!

And there was that time when Nick showed up to play on Arran only to discover he’d brought a guitar case with no guitar in it. So he borrowed one of mine for the show. I like to think it’s got his mojo in it now.
