I refuse to let the low mood pull me down.
An interesting start to the week, with feelings of low mood trying to pull me down and my saying, 'N0' to them.
I mentioned Joshua Lelon at the end and then ran out of space. He's a creator I met in the Foster collective, and in his most recent newsletter edition, he talked at length about how he's planning to achieve his goals.
