Retail therapy is one of my addictive behaviours.
I'm dealing with some mixed emotions this morning. Stoicism tells me not to worry about that and to use reason and intellect to move forward with my projects and achieve my goals. That's easier said than done, but the writing habit helps immeasurably, even if it did take around two hours to write these pages this morning. That was because of distractions and dealing with all the moving parts of returning after only two days of travelling.
